We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any class, event, or floral product.
 

2. Orders and Payments

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged.

• We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store payment information on our servers.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure, or inventory issues.
   

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Flower Arrangements:

• Orders canceled more than 24 hours before delivery or pickup may be eligible for a refund.

• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction based on personal preferences (e.g., color, size, flower type) if the product matches the agreed general description.

Classes:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled or refunded.

• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes for any reason, including low enrollment or instructor illness. In such cases, participants will be offered rescheduling or a full refund.

Private Events:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds for additional payments are assessed case-by-case, based on cancellation notice period.

• We are not responsible for changes or cancellations due to weather, venue issues, or participant no-shows.
   

4. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

By purchasing or participating in any product, service, or event offered by Terry Furuta Designs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of our products or participation in our classes and events.

• We are not liable for any injury, allergic reaction (e.g., to flowers, pollen, or materials), loss, theft, property damage, or dissatisfaction resulting from your use of our products or participation in our services.

• You are responsible for ensuring your physical ability to participate in any hands-on classes or events and for notifying us of any allergies or limitations in advance.
